Chocolate Covered Gooseberries

Do you love chocolates, but rarely allow yourself to feast on them? Then the chocolate-covered gooseberry recipe is perfect for you. This delicacy contains only ripe gooseberries and chocolate. Well, it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Gooseberry – 90 g
  • Dark chocolate – 100 g

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. Sort the gooseberries and wash. Pat dry on a paper towel or napkin.
  3. Remove dry ponytails.
  4. Break the dark chocolate into pieces and place it in a tight plastic bag in one corner. Bring water to a boil and pour into a glass. Dip the bag of chocolate into a glass and hold until the chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Take a silicone ice cube mold and fill the wells with chocolate 1/2 height. The number of candies depends on the type of your mold.
  6. Dip the gooseberries into the chocolate and put the candy pan in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes until it solidifies. Then take out the candies and serve.
  7. Gooseberries in chocolate are ready! Enjoy your meal.
