  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 160 g suar, brown
  • 100 ml oil
  • 300 g buttermilk
  • 200 g chocolate couverture, dark
  • Chocolate sprinkles, whole milk

  1. For 12 muffins.
  2. For the filling, stir the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla sugar in a small bowl.
  3. In another bowl, carefully mix the sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder.
  4. Beat the egg in a large bowl and whisk gently. Add the brown sugar, oil and buttermilk and mix well. Then carefully fold in the flour mixture.
  5. Distribute a quarter of the dough in the baking tray. Then put 1 teaspoon of filling on each and fill up with batter.
  6. Bake in the oven at 160 ° C (convection) for about 20-25 minutes.
  7. Take the muffins out of the baking sheet and place on a wire rack to cool.
  8. Melt the couverture in a saucepan in a water bath while stirring. Dip the muffins in the couverture and let them dry a little, then sprinkle with the chocolate sprinkles.
