Ingredients
- 400 g whipped cream
- 200 g chocolate mint bars
- 250 g raspberries, frozen
- 40 g merinue (merinue tuffs)

- Melt the mint tablets in the whipped cream, except for 4 pieces to decorate. Bring the mixture to the boil briefly. Put the chocolate cream in the fridge overnight, then whip until stiff.
- Roughly crumble the meringues and fold in with the thawed raspberries. Divide everything into 4 glasses and decorate with the mint tablets.
