Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 2 rolls, stale
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • Ketchup
  • 10 slices processed cheese
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)

Instructions

  1. The minced meat is mixed with the previously soaked rolls and the two eggs. Seasoned with paprika, pepper, salt and parsley. Divide the mixture into two halves and shape each into a large flatbread, roughly the size of the flatbread or the existing pan. Then bread this with breadcrumbs.
  2. Set the oven to 80 ° top and bottom heat and place the horizontally sliced flatbread in it to roast. Then fry a meat cake in the hot, generously greased pan. Then turn it carefully and let it cook through. After the first flatbread has been placed in the oven to keep it warm, prepare the second meat cake in the same way.
  3. Finally, take the flatbread out of the oven and prepare the burger as follows: Spread some ketchup on the bottom of the bread.
