Cookies with Apple and Almond Filling

I would like to offer you aromatic cookies with apple and cinnamon, sprinkled with almond petals. The recipe, as always, was found on the Internet. Hell is not alone, but with a little helper. Help yourself.

Ingredients

Dough

  • Butter – 200 g
  • Vegetable oil – 0.5 stack.
  • Sugar – 0.5 stack.
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc
  • Vanillin – 1 packet.
  • Wheat flour / Flour (4-4.5 tablespoon needed) – 4.5 stack.
  • Almonds (petals, for sprinkling)

Filling

  • Apple – 4 pieces
  • Sugar (4-5 tablespoons (to taste)) – 4 tablespoons l.
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare the filling: grate the apples, add cinnamon and sugar. Put in a saucepan and cook for 10-15 minutes. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of this step.
    Prepare the dough: mix soft butter with granulated sugar.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, add a little flour. Knead the dough.
  3. Roll out the soft dough on parchment. Cut out circles.
  4. Layout the filling, fold in half.
  5. Grease with yolk on top and sprinkle with almond petals.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. You can sprinkle it with icing sugar if you want, but I didn’t. Voila, our cookies are ready, help yourself.
