Ingredients

  • 100 g couscous or muesli
  • 200 ml fat, possibly low-fat or soy milk
  • 300 g strawberries or cherries
  • 50 ml water
  • possibly vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Bring the couscous, milk and water to the boil and allow to soak on the lowest heat setting. Divide the strawberries into bite-sized pieces. Mix with the couscous and eat straight away.
  2. Instead of pure couscous, you can also use some or all of the crunchy or chocolate muesli, add vanilla sugar, or cherries (from the freezer) instead of strawberries.
