Ingredients

  • 125 ml water, lukewarm
  • 350 g flour, type 405
  • 100 g cream cheese, with yourt
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 ½ pack herbs, frozen, either 8 herbs or ital.
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast in the lukewarm water and use a fork to dissolve it. Put the flour in a mixing bowl, knead the yeast mixture and the other ingredients, except for the herbs, to form a firm dough. I always let the food processor knead for 5 minutes. Finally knead in the frozen herbs. Heat the stove to 50 ° C, switch it off and cover the dough in a bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rise for 30 minutes. Knead the dough again with your hands on baking paper and shape into a roll of bread (like a baguette) with the baking paper on a baking tray and cover again for approx. 20 minutes. Brush the bread with the milk and use a spoon to sprinkle the sesame seeds on the bread. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat and bake the bread for 25-30 minutes.
