Ingredients

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon tartar sauce
  • 1 small onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 small pickle (s), finely chopped
  • 3 tomato (s), dried (not soaked in oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, tomato paste and tartar sauce together. Cut the onion and cucumber into small pieces and add to the cream cheese mixture. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add them as well. Mix everything together and season with a little salt and pepper. If the dip is too firm, you can add some liquid cream.
  2. Tastes great with all types of bread.
