Ingredients
- 500 ml sour cream
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 150 g onion (s), thinly sliced
- 150 g apples, eihths, sliced
- 100 g pickled cucumber (s), quartered, sliced
- 24 fish fillet (s) (Bismarck herring)
- salt and pepper

- Wash the fillets under running water and soak in the sauce overnight.
- Jacket potatoes go well with it.
