Creamy Curd Mousse with Grapes

This delicate dessert is made from cottage cheese, cream, and gelatin. Inside there are juicy grapes that perfectly complement the delicate creamy taste. Creamy curd mousse with grapes is a delicious delicacy made from natural products.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 250 g
  • Seedless grapes – 220 g (+ 50-70 g for decoration)
  • Cream – 200 ml
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Gelatin – 30 g
  • Water – 100 ml

Directions

  1. Pour gelatin with 100 ml of cold water and leave to swell for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add cream and sugar to the curd.
  3. Beat the cottage cheese with sugar and cream until smooth.
  4. Squeeze 2-3 tablespoon of lemon. spoons of juice. Add lemon juice to the curd-creamy mass.
  5. Wash seedless grapes (220 g), dry, and add to the curd-creamy mass.
  6. Gently mix the mixture with the grapes.
  7. Melt the swollen gelatin in a water bath or in a microwave oven at minimum power.
  8. While stirring, pour the gelatin in a thin stream into the curd-creamy mass.
  9. Mix well until smooth.
  10. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
  11. We take out the finished curd-cream mousse from the refrigerator. With a knife, carefully separate the edges of the mousse from the mold in a circle. Then we lower the bottom of the mold for 30 seconds in hot water.
  12. We turn the dessert onto a plate.
  13. We decorate the curd-creamy dessert with the halves of the remaining grapes.
