Ingredients

  • 1 kg roast turkey (alternatively roast pork)
  • 20 g flour
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • some processed cheese (2 corners)
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Put the meat in a greased baking dish. Mix the flour and butter, shape into a ball and pour into the mold. Whisk the cream, milk and spices together, pour over the meat and the butter ball. Cover the baking dish.
  2. Cook in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for approx. 1 hour.
  3. Take out the meat and cut into slices. Cut the processed cheese into small pieces, add to the sauce and beat everything until creamy (add a little broth if necessary).
  4. Arrange with the meat on plates and serve.
