Ingredients

  • 0.75 liter ¾ soup, beef soup or vegetable soup
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 60 g flour, smooth
  • liter ⅛ milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil, for frying out

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, milk, flour and salt until smooth. Heat oil in a shallow pan and pour in the pancake batter thinly. Bake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat until all of the batter is used up. Let the pancakes cool and cut into thin strips.
  2. Add the fried potatoes to the soup, sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
