Deep-Fried Squid Ingredients

  • Squid – 700 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – To taste
  • Wheat flour – 0.5 cups
  • Corn flour – 0.3333 Cup
  • Semolina – 0.5 cups
  • Salt and Spices – To taste

Deep-Fried Squid Instructions

  1. Wash the squid, cut off the tentacles, and cut the carcass into small rings.
  2. Mix flour (all kinds), semolina, add salt and pepper. Spoon the seafood into the flour mixture.

  3. Heat a saucepan with 2 cups of vegetable oil. Arrange the breaded seafood and stir-fry for about 2.5 minutes. Transfer the squid to a napkin to get rid of the fat.
  4. Serve seafood immediately after frying, or with any sauce to taste.
