Deep-Fried Shrimp

The shrimp prepared according to this recipe is very beautiful and has an amazing taste – they are tender and piquant.

Ingredients

  • Shrimps – 400 g
  • Starch – 1 glass
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. We prepare products for deep-fried shrimp.
  2. Peel 400 grams of shrimp from the shell and leave only the tails. Carefully, with a sharp knife, we make an incision along the back, without cutting through. If necessary, clean the shrimp from the insides.
  3. Add a little salt and roll the shrimp in starch.
  4. Fry for 2-3 minutes in preheated oil in deep fat.
  5. We spread it on a paper towel.

Serve ready-made shrimps with rice or homemade noodles.
