Ingredients
- 800 g flour, approx.
- 800 ml milk, approx.
- 2 packs baking powder
- Spice (s) according to taste (thyme, marjoram, salt, pepper)
- 50 g ham, diced
- 100 g cheese, rated

- Put the flour, baking powder and spices in a bowl and mix with the mixer (dough hook), then add the milk, ham and cheese and mix everything together nicely.
- The dough must not be too firm, but also not too runny!
- Line one or two loaf tins with baking paper and fill in the dough. Please only use half the loaf pan, as the dough will still rise!
- 180 ° C top / bottom heat and bake the dough for 1/2 - 3/4 hour. When the crust is golden yellow, the bread is ready!
- There are no limits to your imagination, you can use other ingredients instead of ham.
- I use the bread as a snack, but also for barbecues with friends.
