Dough for thin Italian Pizza

To everyone who is crazy about this wonderful dish, I would like to recommend a very cool and very simple option for making a dough for thin Italian pizza.

Cook: 2 hour

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Water – 1.5 Glasses
  • Yeast – 2.5 Teaspoons
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Flour – 4 Glasses (approximately)
  • Sugar – 1 Pinch
  • Olive oil – 2.5 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. First, warm up the water and dissolve yeast and a pinch of sugar in it. Leave for 5-10 minutes. During this time, the yeast will “wake up” and start working.
  2. Meanwhile, in a separate container, sift flour, salt, add olive oil and, if desired, herbs.
  3. Combine with yeast and start stirring.
  4. Knead a dough that is not very dense, but also not sticky to your hands. Put it in a bowl, having previously greased it with olive oil, cover with a clean towel or cling film. Leave it warm for about 1.5 hours for the dough to come well.
  5. From the specified number of ingredients, you get 2 cakes. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, brush with sauce and distribute the filling to taste.And then all that remains is to send it to the oven and bake until golden brown. The dough is really magical, so I recommend taking note of the recipe!
