Ingredients

  • 150 g butter, room temperature
  • 250 ml sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 500 ml flour
  • 100 ml oil (no olive oil!)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ deer horn salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter and sugar, add the oil, add the flour and deer horn salt and work into a dough.
  2. Shape walnut-sized balls and place on a baking sheet (greased or covered with baking paper).
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 150 ° C on the middle rack.
  4. Let cool and serve or keep in a can.
  5. Please note: I got the recipe from a Swede, apparently sugar and flour are not weighed here, but actually stated in ml quantities in the recipe.
  6. Personally, I didn`t form walnut-sized balls, but hazelnut-sized balls. Then the cookies didn`t get that big.
