Duchess Salad with Dorblu Cheese, Kiwi and Nuts

Wonderful salad “Duchess” without mayonnaise is very bright and tasty. The salad is prepared in just 5 minutes and is absolutely easy to prepare. This salad with kiwi, dorblu and nuts is very easy to prepare when your guests are on the doorstep. The recipe is new and will definitely draw the attention of your guests, try it!

Ingredients

  • Dorblu cheese – 100 g
  • Kiwi – 2 pcs.
  • Walnuts – 50 g
  • Bulb onions – 0.5 pcs.
  • Fresh parsley – 1 bunch
  • Lettuce leaves – 1 bunch
  • Apple cider vinegar – 5 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Mustard beans – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare the necessary ingredients for the salad with kiwi, dorblu cheese and nuts.
  2. Chop the onion and marinate it. For the marinade, mix the vinegar, salt and sugar.
  3. Chop the parsley.
  4. Slice the kiwi.
  5. Grind the cheese.
  6. We tear lettuce leaves with our hands, put them on the bottom of a plate or dish. Put parsley on top of the salad.
  7. Put the kiwi on top.
  8. We spread the cheese.
  9. Add pickled onions and sprinkle with nuts.
  10. Prepare the dressing: mix the mustard beans, vegetable oil and a couple of tablespoons of onion marinade
  11. Pour the dressing over the salad with kiwi, Dorblu cheese and nuts. Do not mix the salad.
