Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 200 g almond (s), round
  • 150 g hazelnuts, round
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites very hard, then add the powdered sugar. Then carefully fold in the almonds and hazelnuts. Let liquid butter run in, but not too hot (dough should be quite firm!).
  2. Spray small cones on the baking sheet and let dry at 100 degrees (takes about 30 minutes).
  3. Let it cool down, melt the chocolate and use it to glue 2 cookies together.
  4. The quantity depends on the size of the cones.
