Pork Baked with Kiwi, with Cheese

Today I bake pork, replacing the usual pineapple with kiwi. I pre-beat the pieces of meat and fry them, and then bake them under a “fur coat” of onions, kiwi and cheese. The meat turns out to be juicy and unusual in taste.

Ingredients

  • Pork – 600 g
  • Kiwi – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc. (120 g)
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 60 g
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning for meat – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients. Peel the onion.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings.
  3. Fry the onions in a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil until golden brown.
  4. Cut the meat into portions about 1-1.5 cm thick. Lightly beat each piece of meat with a kitchen hammer. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with seasoning for the meat.
  5. Fry the meat in a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Place the meat in a baking dish.
  7. Lubricate each piece of meat with mayonnaise.
  8. Put the onion on the meat.
  9. Peel and cut the kiwi into circles.
  10. Put the kiwi on the meat on top of the onion.
  11. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  12. Sprinkle the meat with cheese and send it to the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  13. Pork baked with kiwi, with cheese, ready.
  14. We serve meat to the table with any side dish.
