Baked Pork with Vegetables.

Today I decided not to philosophize and cook a classic dish in pots, with ordinary products: meat, potatoes, tomatoes. This is my all-time favorite pot recipe. Since, when there is little meat, it can be diluted with vegetables, and the portion size will immediately increase.

Ingredients

  • Meat (pork) – 600 grams
  • Potatoes – 16-18 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 1-2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 6 cloves
  • Mayonnaise
  • Bay leaf
  • Allspice peas
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. The most difficult and time consuming aspect of preparing this dish, of course, apart from baking it in the oven, is meat. Therefore, let’s start with him. Wash the meat, cut into pieces and send it to fry in a pan in vegetable oil. Season the meat with salt, pepper and fry until golden brown. Distribute the finished meat evenly in the pots.
  2. Now let’s get down to potatoes. We clean, wash, cut it and put it in pots on top of the meat.
  3. Peel the garlic, finely chop and sprinkle the potatoes with it. Add bay leaves, allspice peas, salt and black pepper. Pour some water so that it covers the potatoes.
  4. Pour mayonnaise on everything and lay out the tomato slices. We close the pots with a lid and send them to bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. The pork baked with vegetables is ready.
