  • 800 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 400 g water, cold
  • 20 g yeast, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • Black cumin, sesame, sunflower seeds as desired

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast, salt, sugar, and oil in the water (as it comes out of the tap). Add the cream cheese, stir. Add the flour and knead thoroughly. Put the dough in a bowl, close it with the lid and just let it stand for 2 to 3 hours at room temperature.
