Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon oil, (peanut oil)
  • 6 spring onion (s), cut into rings
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, crushed
  • 1 green pepper (s), diced
  • 1 red pepper (s), diced
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s), red, in rings, without seeds
  • 2 tablespoon chestnuts, (water chestnuts) chopped
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 125 g oyster mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoon sauce, (black bean sauce)
  • 2 teaspoons rice wine, Chinese or dry sherry
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the peanut oil in the wok and fry the spring onions and garlic for about 30 seconds. Now fry the peppers, chilli, water chestnuts and zucchini for 2-3 minutes. Now add the oyster mushrooms, bean sauce, rice wine, soy sauce, sugar and water to the wok and cook for another 4 minutes.
  2. Finally, drizzle with the sesame oil and serve immediately.
