Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s), diced,
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 small onion (s) (vegetable onion), dice
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green
  • 0.5 can ½ bamboo shoot (s)
  • 0.5 can ½ (s) bean sprouts
  • 0.5 ½ pack mushrooms, Chinese (soak!)
  • 1 leek
  • 2 cloves garlic

For the sauce:

  • 0.5 ½ cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 ½ cup rice wine
  • 0.5 ½ cup meat broth
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Marinate the meat cubes in the soy sauce for at least 15 minutes. Mix the bamboo, bean sprouts and mushrooms together. Cut the remaining ingredients into small pieces.
  2. Sear the meat in a pan, remove it and keep it warm. Then fry the garlic, onions and leeks, then add the peppers. Finally fry the bamboo, bean sprouts and mushrooms briefly. Deglaze the pan with the sauce and season to taste. Add the chicken. Finished. Good Appetite.
