Ingredients

  • 200 g schnitzel, pork, turkey, beef
  • 1 handful broccoli
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red or yellow
  • 1 handful sugar snap peas
  • 1 handful bean sprouts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some ginger root, fresh
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • Cashews, or peanuts
  • Sesame oil, or peanut oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Cornstarch
  • Sambal Oelek

Instructions

  1. Chop the meat, season with salt and pepper and roll in starch. Cut the onion into fine rings and the paprika into pieces (approx. 2 cm), divide the broccoli into small florets, halve the snow peas. Finely chop the garlic and ginger. Roughly chop the nuts.
  2. Fry the meat in the oil until crispy and remove from the pan. In the same pan, fry the onions, then add the peppers, broccoli and sugar snap peas and finally the bean sprouts. Pour the broth and soy sauce on top and add the ginger and garlic. Let everything simmer for a few minutes with the lid on. Finally, if necessary, thicken with cornstarch and add the nuts, season with sambal oelek.
  3. Rice goes well with it.
