Shake out the elder blossoms, add the blossoms with the small stems to the apple juice and leave to stand overnight, covered. Strain the next day, e.g. line a vegetable sieve with a kitchen roll and let it drain.
On the day of sieving, mix 300 ml of flavored apple juice, sugar, sea salt and cream. Remove a coffee cup full of liquid and use it to mix the pudding powder. Bring the apple juice mixture to the boil, add the cold pudding powder and let it boil briefly. Pour the pudding into a dessert bowl or pudding form and let it cool down.
If you use pudding powder and animal cream, the pudding can be turned out well.

For fruit pudding, take the entire amount of elderflower and apple juice and use it to mix pudding powder or starch powder and then boil the pudding.
