Ingredients
- 2 liters water
- 4 kg sugar
- 30 elderflower umbels (can vary between 20 and 40)
- 4 orange (s)
- 2 lemon (s)
- 50 g citric acid

- Dissolve the sugar in boiled water, add the elderflower umbels, the sliced oranges and lemons and the citric acid. Let stand for 3 - 5 days.
- Then strain through a fine sieve or cloth and fill into bottles with screw caps.
