Emerald Bracelet Salad

Festive salad with chicken breast and kiwi. This chicken salad is both tasty and appealing.
Ingredients
- Boiled chicken fillet – 1 pc. (half chicken breast)
- Kiwi – 6 pcs.
- Boiled potatoes – 1 pc.
- Pickled cucumber – 1 pc.
- Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise – 100 g
- Roasted walnuts – to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Grate eggs and potatoes. Cut three kiwi, cucumber and chicken into cubes. Lightly chop some of the nuts with a rolling pin. Leave the remaining nuts and three whole kiwis to garnish. Press the garlic through a press. Prepare ground black pepper.
- Combine nuts, chicken fillet, eggs in a bowl.
- Add cucumber, potatoes and chopped kiwi.
- Add garlic and black pepper.
- Add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Taste the salad, salt if necessary.
- Place the glass in the middle of the plate. Put the salad carefully around the glass.
- Cut kiwi into cubes (or wedges). Decorate the Emerald Bracelet salad with kiwi and nuts.
- Gently remove the glass in a circular motion.
- The Emerald Bracelet salad is ready.
