Pomegranate Bracelet Salad with Chicken

The recipe for a festive salad “Pomegranate bracelet” with chicken. Delicious salad with chicken fillet, mushrooms, beets, carrots and potatoes. A very easy-to-prepare salad with pomegranate will decorate any festive table.

Ingredients

  • Pomegranate – 1/2 pc.
  • Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
  • Champignons – 150 g
  • Potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Beets – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 100 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Homemade fatty cream – 150 g
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 50 ml
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Condiments

Directions

  1. Preparing the ingredients for the Pomegranate Bracelet salad with chicken and mushrooms. First, boil potatoes, carrots and beets in well salted water.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into large cubes.
  3. Marinate chicken fillet in aromatic spices and salt.
  4. Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil. Put the mushrooms in half of the pan, and chicken in the other half. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat for 4 minutes. Chicken fillet, 2.5 cm thick, fry for 6 minutes, turning every 1.5 minutes.
  5. Place a culinary ring or glass in the middle of the plate. Spread the potatoes, grated on a coarse grater, in a circle.
  6. Mix mayonnaise with cream and grated garlic.
  7. Lubricate the potatoes with sauce.
  8. We spread the grated carrots and grease with sauce again.
  9. Distribute the mushrooms on top.
  10. Chop the chicken breast and add to the salad.
  11. Then – a layer of grated beets and sauce.
  12. Sprinkle the salad with pomegranate seeds.
  13. We remove the culinary ring. Pomegranate bracelet salad with chicken is ready.
