Fake Shack Burger Sauce

Ingredients

• 0.5 ½ cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• 1 tablespoon mustard, mild
• 4 slices cucumber (dill cucumber)
• 0.25 teaspoon ¼ garlic powder
• 0.25 teaspoon ¼ paprika powder, smoked
• 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper

Instructions

1. Simply mix all ingredients in a blender or a stirring stick until you get a fine mixture. You can also cut the cucumbers into small cubes and then mix them with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Note: To finish the complete Shake Shack Burger, you would still need Martin Sandwich Rolls as buns, but unfortunately these are not available in Germany.
3. Brush the buns with butter and brown in a pan. Now on the lid side 1 spoon of sauce, on the bottom a minced meat (beef) patty with cheese, 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices and you have a perfect fake shack burger.
