Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ celeriac
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 fennel
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon dill
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • oil
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Cut the celeriac, tomatoes, fennel and onion into pleasant pieces. Also cut the garlic into small pieces or use a garlic press. Put the fennel greens aside.
  2. Put the oil in the pan, let it get hot and then fry the celery, onion pieces and garlic. Only add the fennel and tomatoes when everything has got some color. Now mix the mustard and tomato paste with a little water in a cup and add to the pan. After about 6 minutes, add the finely chopped dill and season with salt and pepper. After spreading on the plates, garnish with a little fennel green.
  3. Goes well with meat (substitute) with a note of mustard.
