Ingredients

  • 200 g suar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 200 g almond (s), round
  • 100 g lemon peel, finely chopped
  • 100 g orane peel, finely chopped
  • 0.5 ½ point gingerbread spice
  • Wafers, 7 cm in diameter
  • possibly chocolate or icing

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and use an ice cream scoop to distribute them on the baking wafers and flatten them a little. This is how you can easily get even portions.
  2. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven on top / bottom heat (no fan-assisted air, then they will be too dry!) And 150-160 ° C for about 25 minutes. They still feel a little soft after baking.
  3. Let cool and cover with chocolate or thin icing.
