Ingredients

  • 3 fish fillet (s), (firm white fish)
  • 80 g white bread, crumbled very small
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s), red, pitted and finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lemon peel, finely grated
  • 80 g butter
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Sea salt, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Prepare all the ingredients.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and then add all the other ingredients (parsley, dill, chilli pepper, lemon peel) and stir well. Remove from heat and season well with pepper and sea salt.
  4. Wash the fish fillets, pat dry and place on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper. Spread the bread and herb mixture evenly over the fish fillets and place in the oven for approx. 13 minutes. If the desired browning of the bread and herb crust has not yet been achieved, switch the top grill to 250 ° C for 2-3 minutes and you`re done.
  5. Super tasty and with a green salad and a nice white wine the ideal dish for hot summer evenings!
