Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the sugar. Add milk as required and stir everything. Whip the cream and fold it into the quark.
  2. Layer the ingredients in a tall glass (I`ll use a large wine glass). Start with the granola. Slice the bananas and place on top of the muesli. Put the curd cream mixture on top. The quark and cream mass should be the top layer. Put some muesli on top of the top layer of quark to decorate.
  3. The cream can be dosed as required or omitted entirely.
  4. Tastes best when chilled.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
