  • 130 ml beer
  • 30 ml water
  • some salt and pepper
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Herbs, Italian

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, beer and water together, poking the dough several times with your thumb so that air can get inside. Divide the dough into 4 portions, roll out very thinly, brush with olive oil, pepper, salt and sprinkle thinly with the Italian herbs.
  2. Bake on baking paper at 220 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 7-10 minutes. Tastes best with tzatziki.
