French Crepes with Apple Filling

From French, crepe means pancakes. The pancakes themselves are very tender. The apple filling complements them and is very successful.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 80 Grams
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Milk – 350 Grams
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon (plus 100 g for the filling)
  • Butter – 60 grams (plus 60 g for the filling)
  • Apples – 750 Grams (filling)
  • Brandy or Cognac – 60 Milliliters (filling)

Directions

  1. For the filling, peel and core the apples. Cut the apples into small cubes. Melt butter in a deep frying pan and add apples. Add sugar and stir. simmer apples over low heat for 10 minutes. Then turn the heat up and fry until the apples begin to caramelize. Remove frying pan from heat and pour brandy into apples. Mix everything and set aside to cool the filling.
  2. For pancakes. Add salt and sugar to the sifted flour. Pour milk in a thin stream, constantly stirring the dough. Add eggs and melted butter to the dough. Now everything needs to be whipped until smooth.
  3. Bake pancakes from the resulting dough. Put them in a separate plate and close the lid. Put the filling on each pancake and roll it up.
  4. Our French crepes are ready, you can serve them to the table. Crepes can be decorated with filling.
