  • 1 kg potato (s), cooked, peeled
  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • water
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into slices and put the first half in a baking dish greased with butter. Top with the peeled eggs cut into rings. Put the 2nd layer of potatoes on top. Mix the sour cream with water (125 ml) until the mixture is nice and creamy. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the potatoes. Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees. The baking time differs depending on whether the potatoes were freshly cooked or the leftovers from the day before are overcooked, but at least 30 minutes.
  2. Suitable as a side dish or main course.
