  1. Peel potatoes and onions. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the potatoes until golden brown, stirring for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes. Add onion to potatoes, mix and fry for 2-3 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
