- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 large onion (s)
- Seasoned Salt
- some Milk

- Boil the potato with the skin on (without salt), peel and let cool.
- Cut the jacket potatoes into slices and fry them in butter.
- Chop the onion and sauté. Pour some milk over the potatoes so that they shine nicely. Season with lots of herbal salt.
- The fried potatoes are delicious with beetroot and fried egg!
