Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), boiled
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cumin
  • Herbs, mixed, Italian
  • 1 small Tin / n tomato (s) (pizza tomato)
  • 1 small eggplant (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • some water
  • possibly broth, instant
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled potatoes into slices and place in a baking dish.
  2. Fry the minced meat and season to taste. Add the tomatoes. Add a little water and possibly broth as needed. Spread this mixture over the potatoes.
  3. Wash, chop and fry the aubergine. Season with salt and pepper. Clean the peppers, dice them and fry them separately. Then distribute the vegetables on the potatoes - it looks best when you place the German flag with it (to do this, place the eggplant with the skin up).
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
