  • 1.6 kg kohlrabi
  • 60 g butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • little salt

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and tour the kohlrabi or cut into sticks.
  2. Sweat in melted butter, add the sugar and a little salt. Add a little water and cook covered until soft. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, lift the lid and let the water boil down like a syrup while swirling the kohlrabi. Serve hot.
