  • 50 g flour, smooth
  • 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
  • 0.38 liters warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Flour for the work surface and for dusting

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough. Let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Knead again on a floured work surface. Divide into pieces and form biscuits. Place on a prepared baking sheet. Dust with flour and let rise for another 10 minutes.
  2. Place in the oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for about 15 minutes.
