- 250 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 points vanilla sugar
- 6 egg (s)
- 400 g flour
- 100 g nuts, round (almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder

- Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs together until creamy.
- Add flour, ground nuts, 1 teaspoon baking powder and work into a smooth dough. Possibly loosen up with a little mineral water so that a creamy dough is formed.
- Then bake in the waffle iron.
