  • 500 g mararine
  • 500 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g potato flour (important)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 drops rum flavor
  • 1 handful almond (s), grated
  • 8 egg (s), separated

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Make a normal batter from all the ingredients. Bake the dough in the waffle iron at baking temperature 1 - 2 until the control lamp goes out a second time.
  2. After cooling, break the waffles into hearts and store them in a tin. The waffles are very crispy and keep for a long time.
  3. The potato flour is important, otherwise they won`t get so crispy.
