- 500 g mararine
- 500 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 250 g potato flour (important)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 drops rum flavor
- 1 handful almond (s), grated
- 8 egg (s), separated

- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Make a normal batter from all the ingredients. Bake the dough in the waffle iron at baking temperature 1 - 2 until the control lamp goes out a second time.
- After cooling, break the waffles into hearts and store them in a tin. The waffles are very crispy and keep for a long time.
- The potato flour is important, otherwise they won`t get so crispy.
