  • 100 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g hazelnuts, round
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 0.25 ¼ pack baking powder
  • Chocolate, bittersweet)

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar and egg at room temperature until frothy. Mix the flour with the ground nuts, baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour and add to the butter-sugar-egg mixture. Knead a dough out of it and let it rest for at least 30 minutes (preferably wrapped in a little foil in the refrigerator).
  2. Then roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Bake these in a preheated oven at approx. 180 ° C for about 10 minutes (do not place too tightly, they will still rise). Fixed times are difficult to specify, but when they are tanned, they are done.
  3. After cooling, decorate with dark chocolate couverture as desired.
  4. The recipe is designed for approx. 2 trays.
