  • 2 strips sheep cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the sweet potato briefly, approx. 6 - 8 minutes, in water and then cut into slices. Cut the mushrooms into slightly thicker slices. Cut the onion into rings and the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the butter with the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Alternately stick the vegetables on a wooden skewer. Alternating sweet potato, paprika, onion, mushroom, sweet potato, paprika, onion, mushroom, etc.
  4. You can take whatever vegetables you want here. Personally, I definitely recommend the sweet potato with it. That gives a great taste.
