Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 0.5 ½ pack herbal cream cheese
  • 0.5 ½ feta cheese
  • 2 slices cooked ham
  • 1 packet mushrooms
  • 1 shallot (s), depending on size
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Then finely chop the stems, they are still needed.
  2. Mash the feta cheese, finely dice the ham and shallot. Put everything together in a bowl and fold in the cream cheese and creme fraîche. Stir in the chopped mushroom stalks.
  3. Season the finished mixture with salt, pepper and chilli, depending on your taste. Then fill the mushroom heads.
  4. Then place the finished mushrooms on the grill for about 10 minutes. If you have a grill with a lid, close the lid.
