Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, white
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from flour, water, yeast and salt. Let rise in a warm place until the dough has visibly enlarged. Add the spices and knead again vigorously.
  2. When grilling, shape pieces of dough the size of a table tennis ball into a round flatbread and place on the grill. They become round by themselves, but are then also baked from the inside. (If you put them straight on the grill, they are raw on the inside and burnt on the outside!) Of course, you can also prepare the rolls completely without any spices (except for the salt!).
  3. Modification:
  4. Simply knead in all of your favorite spices. So you are a big hit at every barbecue party!
