Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 point pudding powder, vanilla
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 1 packet biscuits (shortbread biscuits)
  • 1 pack sweets (gummy bears)
  • 200 g powdered suar

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then stir in the 4 eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the juice of the lemon and stir in as well. Then put the batter on the baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the oven at 200 ° for about 20 minutes and allow to cool. Boil the pudding powder with the milk according to the instructions and allow to cool. Then spread the finished pudding on the dough.
  3. Whip the 1/2 liter of cream and spread it on the pudding then place the shortbread biscuits on top as the next layer. Mix the powdered sugar with water and process into a glaze and put on top as a top layer. Finally, place two gummy bears on top of each shortbread cookie.
  4. The recipe is for the Lumara (Vemmina) baking pan. But you can also make it on a normal tin and make a cake ring around it.
