Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 150 g hazelnuts
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 125 ml milk
  • 100 g biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
  • 16 gummy bears, in 4 different colors

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: top / bottom heat around 170 ° C, hot air around 150 ° C.
  2. Mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the foam mixture with the ground hazelnuts, cocoa and milk.
  3. Smooth the dough on the greased baking sheet. Lightly press the Amarettini into the dough with the smooth side up as a playing field. Put the tray in the middle of the oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
  4. Let the cake cool on the baking tray on a wire rack. Spread the gummy bears on the playing field.
